Chris Gaston of Houston Preps host an open gym for some of the top high school players in the Houston area including Brandon Fagan, Tevin Holmes, Jason Carter, Ray Penn, Tommy Mason Griffin, Jamel Outler, Mike Randle, Kevin Green, Khris Roy, and Chad Jackson

This is a few highlights from the 2 on on 2 full court games that I like the guys to play. 2 on 2 full court is great because you have to be accountable for guarding your man and it is great conditioning.

We are working with the resistance band which builds explosiveness, a heavy ball which develops strength in the forearms and ball handling skills, and the cones which are meant to simulate defenders and develop agility and lateral movement.
