Training
My personal training began after I ended my collegiate and professional playing career. I regularly attended high school games and I was thoroughly unimpressed with the lack of basketball IQ, sloppy play, and lack of fundamentals amongst the high school players in the area. I decided that I could really help a lot of kids who were on the verge of landing that scholarship.
My training started with a few of my peer’s younger siblings. After seeing the growth and development in these athletes games word began to spread quickly about my workouts. It has grown to the point where I can’t meet all the requests of all the youngsters who want to work out everyday.
My workouts have included players of all abilities and skill levels. I have done training with players at all positions. My workout sessions have ranged from professionals to collegians and elite high school talent to recreational and beginning players. I have worked with and trained many elite players in the Houston area in skill development and enhancement. Players enjoy my workouts because they are rigorous, unique, and challenging. I push my players to reach their peak and then I push them even harder! I am a firm believer in the saying that "you get out what you put in." My workouts vary and are specific to a player's needs, positions, weakness, skill level and ability. The workouts are also intensified or heightened in accordance with the off -season, preseason, and in season schedules of the individual athlete.
